Two quick questions so we build the right thing. No spam; one e-mail when there is something to try.
Making Tax Digital for landlords
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax applies to landlords with combined rental and trading income over £50,000 since April 2026, and over £30,000 from April 2027. We are building the quarterly-update export first; HMRC recognition is on the roadmap, not a promise — until then you (or your accountant) submit the figures.
Why we're building this
We read a few hundred one- to three-star reviews of the accounting apps landlords use today. The same three complaints kept coming back: too complicated for a small portfolio, prices that go up without warning, and bank feeds that break and take the numbers with them. Plain Tax for Landlords is our answer to exactly those three.
Plain Tax is a trading name of World Gig Insider Ltd, England. Not an accountancy firm; not tax advice.
